Bust out the gold, frankincense and myrrh! The “most anticipated birth since Jesus” has happened!
Bells rang and angels sang as Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt welcomed a girl, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, Saturday night May 27 in Namibia.

Shiloh? I don’t love it and it kinda reminds me of that Disney movie with the beagle!

But I don’t hate it and I suppose it could have been much worse!

People magazine also reports that any press wanting to cover the baby’s birth will need Brad and Angie’s permission to get work visas to enter Namibia, so we won’t have any further info until the Jolie-Pitts want us to! Damn, how tightly do they have the Namibian government and the entire world press wrapped around their finger? Good for them, though, at least they’re in control of the whole media circus around them.

I still think People will have the first baby pics-they’re really the only U.S. magazine with the kind of money those pictures will go for.

Regardless, congrats to the happy family on their new baby girl!
