Memo to Star Jones: Barbara Walters will cut a bitch
Because Barbara Walters does NOT PLAY AROUND! She is NOT TO BE TRIFLED WITH!! Star Jones better remember that, and start watching her back, especially after her latest response to her SNAFU with The View. People magazine has the blow-by-blow coverage of the Starzilla vs. Babs war:
Walters told PEOPLE she felt “betrayed” by Reynolds’s comments to the magazine, referring to Reynolds’s statement saying, “I feel like I was fired.”
In response, Reynolds tells New York’s Daily News: “For Barbara to say she felt betrayed is the height of hypocrisy. If anyone should feel betrayed, it should be me.”
Betrayed, my ass! This is a woman who wants us to believe she lost 500 lbs with pilates and not gastric bypass, so I don’t believe a word coming out of her mouth.
More likely, Starsquatch just learned a much-needed lesson on professionalism: Don’t scream “I was fired!” to publically trash your employer, especially while you are still working for them!! Starzilla’s tremendous ego is just hurt that they didn’t renew her contract because research showed EVERYONE IN THE FREE WORLD HATES HER. But the way they dealt with her dumb comments is especially delicious:
After Reynolds announced on the air Tuesday that she would leave the show in July, ABC asked her not to come back at all. When the show resumed on Wednesday, Walters, the show’s creator, said: “We didn’t expect her to make this statement yesterday. She gave us no warning.”
See? You DO NOT fuck with Barbara Walters and interfere with her plans for her show without suffering the dire consequences. I—along with the rest of America—am absolutely overjoyed, reveling in glee and squealing with delight that Barbara wouldn’t even let her ass come back the next day. Serves Star right for being such a self-absorbed, self-promoting, freebie-snatching, lying, obnoxious bitch. Hopefully she’s effectively blackballed from the industry entirely, so we never have to see her hag face on our TV’s again!
Now how do we go about sainting Barbara Walters?

Star Jones has never been known for class but Walters did NOT have to act the way that
she did. It was tacky on Walter’s part for acting that way. It is true that Walters has the power but Star knew the buttons to push to make Walters look like an ass.

She sure did! Star knew what she was doing, she probably planned this whole thing, just to make a big scene–she’s a true publicity whore!
In Barbara’s defense, I think she showed tremendous restraint. Most people would have been waiting for Star in a dark alley outside the studio door with a baseball bat and brass knuckles.

Star Jones has always been the weakest link in that show. From the very beginning, I found her arrogant, rude and self-absorbed. There is also an element of “chip on shoulder” in la Star that is annoying to say the least. By continually referring to her superior education and career before she was on the The View, she only made other women, and black women in particular, feel inferior. She deserved to be sacked and the way she’s responded to it is typical. I hope we’ve seen the last of her!

I agree with everything you said about Star. So many people feel the same way, it’s amazing she has any fans at all.
The last I saw of her (hopefully forever) was on Larry King, where she was pulling that soft, whispery, “I would never denigrate Barbara Walters” BS. It was so thoroughly unbelievable and fake I thought I was going to claw my eyes out. Or hers.
The only smart thing she did was to admit she would’ve done her ridiculous wedding hoopla differently. Great PR move to openly admit a mistake and say you would not do it again. *cough*Britney Spears*cough*
But she’s still an unlikeable hag.

Barbara needs a bullet. And all of America wasn’t cackling, just the witches *snickers*. Barbara was the shyt when she was doing 20/20 but The View? It’s always been a boring ass white bread show. When I’m home in the mornings, it’s definitely not on my television.
