More on Angelina’s baby girl
In Touch Weekly somehow got more details on celebrity Christ-child, little Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt. I guess the Namibian nurses and Brad’s family coudn’t contain their excitement!
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s new daughter, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, is described as, “a beautiful baby — she has tufts of brown hair, and Brad’s nose,” says an insider at the Cottage Hospital in Swakopmund, Namibia, where Angelina gave birth.
The couple’s first biological child was born via Caesarean section on Saturday, May 27. Brad was with Angelina’s brother, James Haven, waiting anxiously in the hallway, says the insider. Angelina is described as doing “very well.”
Their families are thrilled. “He loves children — he’s very good with them,” his grandmother Betty Russell tells In Touch .
“We just want them to relax and enjoy the whole thing,” Brad’s brother, Doug Pitt told In Touch . “I just want him to be able to enjoy the experience as much as possible without too much pressure. It’s going to be great for them.”
Well, I wanna know just how “great” Maddox thinks this is! Is he going to be able to deal with sharing the paparazzi attention with his new sister? I’m just saying, if anyone comes across any graffiti in Namibia declaring “Shiloh sux,” don’t be surprised.
*update: The AP reports that Brad and Angelina have donated $300,000 to Namibian hospitals and pledged $15,000 for a school and community center in Swakopmund. The couple had visited the center during their stay in the country.
Deputy Environment and Tourism Minister Leon Jooste said in the statement the money will be used to improve the two hospitals’ maternity wards and will contribute significantly to the health of Namibian babies.
“We want to contribute to Namibia and the people who have been so gracious to us at this time,” the celebrities were quoted as saying in the statement.
Well, no wonder some people call her Saint Angelina!
